Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with the order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Digital Downloads

All digital products (PNG, SVG, and other downloadable design files) are 
delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these files can be accessed and 
downloaded immediately, all sales of digital products are final and 
non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has 
been downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem with your download — such as a 
corrupted file, missing file, or wrong file sent — please contact us at 
support@bilidesigns.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, 
and we will resend or fix the file at no cost.

By purchasing a digital product from BiliDesigns, you acknowledge and agree 
to this no-refund policy for digital goods.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
